Meet Up Schedule
Meet-Ups provide a way for Swap Shop families with similar interests to come together and get to know each other better. As always, our space is open to everyone Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You are not excluded from using the space during the meet up times listed below if you are not a part of the listed group.
- MONDAY:
- 9:30am — 11:30am Younger Kids Gym Time
free play in the upstairs gym, open to all ages willing to engage in play that is safe and appropriate for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
- 9:30am — 11:30am Younger Kids Gym Time
- TUESDAY:
- 9:30am — 10:30am Music Time
Creative, musical play, dancing, and singing to a variety of songs and stories for sitting babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
- 9:30am — 10:30am Music Time
- WEDNESDAY:
- 3:30 — 4:30 Afternoon Arts and Crafts
A place for your budding builder or crafter to explore new possibilities with the inspiration and supervision of great adult crafters.

- THURSDAY:
- Mix of Meet-ups
- Adult yoga (no kids) 1st Thurs 11-noon in the parlor
- Kid’s yoga (with adults) 3rd Thurs 11-noon on stage
- Spanish – 2nd and 4th Thursdays 9:30-10:30 on stage
- Sew and Go sessions every other Thurs 3:30 – 5pm.

Grab your latest project and find a spot on the couches. Look for Heidi who started this gathering. - 3:00pm — 5:00pm Older Kids Gym Time
Free time in the upstairs gym. All ages welcome that feel comfortable in the rowdier environment of school age kids’ play. - 6:00pm — 9:00pm Family Night
The Swap Shop, the gym and the new Roost space are all open for all ages for a relaxed, low cost, fun way for families to kick off the weekend.
