Meet Up Schedule

Meet-Ups provide a way for Swap Shop families with similar interests to come together and get to know each other better. As always, our space is open to everyone Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You are not excluded from using the space during the meet up times listed below if you are not a part of the listed group.

• MONDAY:
  • 9:30am — 11:30am Younger Kids Gym Time
    
    free play in the upstairs gym, open to all ages willing to engage in play that is safe and appropriate for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
• TUESDAY:
  • 9:30am — 10:30am Music Time
    All ages welcome for creative, musical play, dancing, and singing to a variety of songs and stories. The hour is divided into two 30-minute sessions. Come for one or stay for both.
• WEDNESDAY:
  • 3:30 — 4:30 Afternoon Arts and Crafts
    A place for your budding builder or crafter to explore new possibilities with the inspiration and supervision of great adult crafters.
• THURSDAY:
  • OPEN Name Your Own Meet-Up
    Anyone can start a meet up: by hobby (like knitting) or by ages and stages or by any other common interest. Contact Christina Bederka to get your meet up publicized. (christinabederkacom )
• FRIDAY:
  • 3:00pm — 5:00pm Older Kids Gym Time
    Free time in the upstairs gym. All ages welcome that feel comfortable in the rowdier environment of school age kids’ play.
  • 6:00pm — 9:00pm NEW! Family Night
    The Swap Shop, the gym and the new Roost space are all open for all ages for a relaxed, low cost, fun way for families to kick off the weekend.
• SATURDAY:
  • 6:00pm — 7:00pm Saturday Night Dinner Theater
    Talented local musicians entertain from 6:90-7:00 on the main stage. Bring your own dinner and enjoy the show!

  

  David Rovics and Dave Hall are two of a half dozen talented local performers who provide entertainment in the swap shop space during Saturday Night Dinner Theater and Backyard Barbecue meet ups.
